01 May 2025 1 No Bar For Right candidate Centro Comercial San Roque Torre 3 Oficina 558-560 Cajica, Colombia

JOB TITLE: SATELLITE (SAT) / LICENSED AGENT (NPN)
  DEPARTMENT: SALES
  AREA: OPERATIONS

DESCRIPTION:

The Satellite/Licensed Agent (NPN) is responsible for strategically coordinating the commercial operation, acting as the commercial head and integrating link between management's vision and the operational teams. As a licensed insurance professional, they provide the legal framework under which the sales teams operate in the U.S. market. Their essential function is divided into three major areas of responsibility:

  1. INSPECTION AND CONTROL: Responsible for the detailed inspection of sales, which determines the commissions to be granted to the SLAs, FTAs, and SAs. Monitors Runner indicators to evaluate their transition to SA. Maintains centralized control of all customers commercialized on the floor to prevent duplications both between empires and with existing NPNs. Supervises that folders comply with corporate standards and insurance regulations, consolidating the quality carried out by the links below them (SLA over their empires and FTA over their SAs).
  2. STRATEGIC FACILITATION AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Develops strategic frameworks for the activities that SLAs implement in their empires, always from a quantitative approach that provides clear direction while allowing flexibility in tactical implementation. Facilitates the replication of best practices, continuous motivation, refinement of commercial scripts, and tracking of increments. Implements games and motivational strategies at a global level, maintaining a holistic vision that allows detecting emerging trends. As a licensed agent, ensures all sales activities comply with U.S. insurance regulations, protecting the organization and its customers.
  3. EXTERNAL COORDINATION AND LICENSING RESPONSIBILITY: Manages relationships with third parties, insurance carriers, and regulatory bodies, establishing and maintaining strategic links that benefit the organization. Acts as a high-level commercial representative for matters that require external coordination. Maintains their insurance license in good standing and assumes legal responsibility for all sales conducted under their NPN number, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Their role transcends direct supervision to become a strategic facilitator that enhances the decision-making capabilities of the leaders under their direction, always maintaining a global vision that integrates quantitative and qualitative aspects of commercial performance while providing the legal framework required for insurance sales in the U.S. market.
